IVR Developer – Design, Build & Maintain VoiceXML Applications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IVR Developer to design, build and maintain voice‑driven applications for automated telephony systems. The role involves creating call flows, scripting VoiceXML (VXML) applications and integrating them with backend services to deliver seamless self‑service experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts and VXML applications.
• Integrate IVR platforms with CRM databases, web services and APIs.
• Configure and maintain IVR platforms such as Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom, Cisco or Twilio.
• Ensure proper handling of SIP and VoIP protocols.
• Work with SQL, Oracle or other database technologies for data access.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing IVR systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, Oracle or similar databases.
• Proven ability to integrate IVR solutions with backend services.
