Junior Oracle Developer (PL/SQL)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Oracle Developer specialized in PL/SQL to join our growing development team. You will work closely with DBAs, analysts, and other developers to build and maintain robust Oracle database solutions that support our business applications and reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable database designs.
• Assist with data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning of Oracle databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database and code issues promptly.
• Document technical specifications, code comments, and migration procedures.
• Support data migration and integration projects, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Identify optimization opportunities and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL tuning, and basic data modeling.
• Excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
