About the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of training programmes for the newly opening Hyatt Place Al Ula. The role will support employee growth, ensure service excellence and help embed the hotel’s brand standards across all departments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs across departments and design tailored learning plans.
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing development programmes.
- Monitor training effectiveness and align programmes with hotel standards and service culture.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to foster a strong learning environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in training, learning & development or HR within the hospitality sector.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities in English.
- Good understanding of hotel operations and service standards.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
