Learning Specialist – Transportation Field L&D

About the role

Amazon Operations is expanding its Learning team and is looking for a Learning Specialist to support the AMZL Transportation field. You will partner with Operations Managers, Area Managers and associates to build long‑term capabilities and improve performance across safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all standard trainer tasks as defined in the Trainer Standard Work Checklist.
• Deliver network‑standard technical training to associates.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to evaluate and continuously improve training processes.
• Coach associates directly to enhance job performance.
• Manage training compliance and ensure accurate training records are maintained.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and conducting one‑on‑one coaching.
• Strong ability to give and receive feedback, meet deadlines and stay goal‑oriented.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Demonstrated commitment to the success of others and continuous improvement.
