Legal Counsel – FinTech & AI (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a Saudi‑qualified lawyer to join a fast‑growing FinTech/AI company in Riyadh. The Legal Counsel will support the company’s expansion across Saudi Arabia, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing legal documentation in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for FinTech and AI operations.
• Draft, review and manage commercial contracts and agreements.
• Handle Power of Attorney documentation, especially for banking matters.
• Support regulatory compliance and liaise with Saudi authorities.
• Oversee employment‑related legal matters, including Qiwa contracts.
• Manage entry and exit visa processes for expatriate employees.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi labour law and corporate governance standards.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Saudi National (essential).
• Saudi‑qualified lawyer (essential).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Saudi legal and regulatory landscape.
• Experience with employment law (Qiwa) and regulatory compliance.
• Background in corporate/commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with government processes such as visas and Power of Attorney.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
