Lifecycle Operations and Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

As the Lifecycle Operations & Maintenance Manager you will develop and manage BeWunder’s lifecycle operations across the Middle East, ensuring reliable service and maintenance for permanently installed AVL and media technology projects such as museums and theatres.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations and maintenance concepts for AVL, media and technology systems.
• Coordinate preventive, operational and reactive maintenance activities while meeting SLA commitments.
• Act as the primary client contact, building long‑term relationships and ensuring clear communication.
• Assess technical issues, coordinate resources and drive solutions to resolution.
• Prepare cost estimates, service requirements and commercial documentation in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Maintain accurate service records in Salesforce, Jira and other internal systems.
• Support supplier sourcing, negotiations and ensure suitable technical solutions.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the Middle East, including Jeddah, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in AVL, media technology, technical operations or lifecycle operations within permanently installed AV environments.
• Previous management experience in AV service, maintenance or technical operations.
• Strong understanding of audio, video, lighting systems and related IT/networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and specialist resources.
• Excellent client‑facing and account management skills with commercial awareness.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred; German a plus.
