Logistics and Delivery Officer

About the role

The Logistics and Delivery Officer is responsible for coordinating end‑to‑end vehicle dispatch and delivery across all markets. The role ensures that vehicles reach showrooms, stores and distributors on time, without damage, and in line with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute vehicle dispatch schedules aligned with sales plans and delivery SLAs.
• Liaise with logistics partners, transporters, warehouses and PDI teams to guarantee smooth delivery operations.
• Track vehicle movements from dispatch to final hand‑over and monitor key delivery milestones.
• Identify and escalate transit delays, damages or discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and confirm deliveries upon vehicle receipt.
• Support inventory rebalancing by coordinating inter‑branch and inter‑market vehicle movements.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, vehicle dispatch or a similar function.
