Logistics Officer – Mega Construction Project in Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Officer to lead site‑wide logistics for a mega mixed‑use and infrastructure project in Riyadh. The role sits within the PMC/Construction team and is responsible for coordinating the procurement and performance of a logistics management contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of logistics services, ensuring safe and efficient movement of labour, plant and materials across the site.
• Plan haul roads, lay‑down areas, external access and off‑loading zones to minimise programme impacts.
• Conduct weekly logistics meetings and maintain a secure, well‑maintained site.
• Manage worker accommodation, develop induction programmes and site‑specific safety manuals.
• Coordinate supply‑chain activities, movement plans, look‑ahead forecasting and emergency planning.
• Secure all necessary permits for logistics operations and ensure effective signage and security management.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of logistics experience on mega mixed‑use or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia and within a PMC/Construction environment.
