Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for restoring machines to proper working condition by following work instructions and machine manuals. The role involves close collaboration with the Maintenance Team Leader, Production Team Leader, and spare‑parts store to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive repair requests, perform repairs according to work instructions, and seek assistance for complex breakdowns.
• Request and obtain approval for spare parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form.
• Document repair completion, including finishing time, task description, and any findings on the Repair Request Form.
• Obtain production feedback and approval before final submission of repair records.
• Execute scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks, highlighting new findings for future planning.
• Carry out in‑house calibration tasks as instructed.
• Maintain 5S standards to improve workplace conditions.
• Follow all health, safety, and Saudi labor regulations, report incidents, and use PPE.

Required profile

• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills, preferably obtained through a Technical Institute degree.
• Good physical condition and ability to work under high‑stress environments.
• Willingness to work alternating shifts.
