Marketing and Communications Manager – Hotel

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will join a dedicated hotel team to create and execute property‑level communications that enhance the hotel’s brand image. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, you will drive on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the GM, F&B leader, operations and regional marketing teams.
• Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales to launch promotions that generate incremental revenue.
• Act as the liaison with advertising agencies for creative and media planning, especially for F&B campaigns.
• Manage media schedules, ensure timely settlement of invoices and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to align local, social and digital efforts with overall sales strategy.
• Support public relations activities and contribute to brand awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
