Marketing Designer – Campaign & Visual Design

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to lead the visual creation of large-scale campaigns across digital and offline channels. The role blends creative storytelling with cutting‑edge AI tools to produce static graphics, short videos and motion assets that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts, key visuals and marketing assets for social media, in‑app banners, CRM, digital ads, print and promotional materials.
• Produce short‑form videos and motion graphics, leveraging AI‑powered creative workflows when required.
• Enhance visual designs with AI‑generated content while maintaining professional quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive visual output that supports business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic, marketing or campaign design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, digital marketing and mobile‑app creative work.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and within multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent design, illustration and image‑editing software.
• Expert use of AI‑powered creative tools for visual production and content enhancement.
• Experience in motion graphics and short‑form video creation.
• Basic knowledge of 3D design or animation tools is a plus.
