Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on supporting marketing activities, branding initiatives, social media campaigns, events, and promotional actions to boost the company’s market presence and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Coordinate with internal departments for product launches, events, and exhibitions.
• Assist in producing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional content.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer engagement metrics.
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and printing vendors as needed.
• Ensure all marketing outputs adhere to company branding guidelines.
• Support photography and video content coordination for campaigns and events.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Help organize training sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and corporate events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience in content creation and marketing coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
• Experience in the GCC market is preferred.
