Marketing Specialist

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across its beauty and fragrance brands in Saudi Arabia. The role will help strengthen brand presence and drive business growth through campaigns, research, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist in content planning and marketing communications.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Support events, activations, and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, beauty, fragrance or FMCG.
• Strong communication, organization and analytical abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
