Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative will drive sales growth and profitability for our pharmaceutical portfolio within an assigned territory. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, promote our products, and secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers using a relationship‑based approach.
• Demonstrate product features, answer clinical questions, and help customers select the best solutions.
• Identify and develop new accounts through market research and prospecting.
• Prepare clear written proposals and quotations for customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams.
• Analyse territory potential, track customer value, and report market trends to management.
• Participate in conferences, conventions, and other industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, medical sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using contact management software.
