Microsoft System Administrator – Infrastructure

About the role

The Microsoft System Administrator (Infrastructure) will join the on‑site support team at the Awqaf Authority in Riyadh. This full‑time position is responsible for ensuring the stability, security and performance of the Microsoft infrastructure, including identity and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects, schema and site topology.
• Configure and support Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for Single Sign‑On and secure external access.
• Administer Azure environments, focusing on identity synchronization (Azure AD/Entra ID) and cloud resource management.
• Perform regular health checks, patching, and security hardening of Windows Server systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure services.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE) are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of working independently and within an on‑site team.
