Mobile Developer Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Developer Supervisor to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications. You will work within the ALBAIK Future Development Team to deliver exceptional user experiences using modern frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain React Native mobile applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and high‑performance apps integrated with backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, production‑ready code following best practices.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve challenges and improve performance.
• Implement pixel‑perfect UI components, smooth animations, and responsive designs.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, libraries, and databases.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, security, and session management.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
