Movement Coach

About the role

The Movement Coach delivers personalized and group‑based movement, wellness and fitness experiences for guests, supporting their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Working within Asaya Spa, the Coach acts as the primary link between guests and the spa, ensuring seamless, intuitive service throughout each wellness journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized personal training, mobility, functional movement and holistic wellness programs based on individual assessments.
• Conduct both complimentary and chargeable group and private sessions across disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Strength Conditioning, Mobility Flow, Aquatic Fitness, and Personal Training.
• Facilitate sound healing, meditation, sunrise and sunset flow sessions, integrating breathwork and somatic awareness.
• Provide guidance on equipment use, lifestyle management and safe movement practices.
• Maintain courteous, professional service, anticipate guest needs, and ensure continuity of preferences across visits.
• Escort guests to spa areas, answer enquiries about facilities and programs, and recommend complementary treatments.
• Record guest details accurately to support personalized service and reconfirmations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal training and group fitness instruction.
• Strong guest‑service orientation with the ability to build meaningful rapport.
• Knowledge of holistic wellness practices, including mindfulness, breathwork and somatic techniques.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness and operational excellence in a spa environment.
