About the role
The Night Manager will support the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient operations of the front desk during night hours. This role is pivotal in upholding Hyatt International’s brand standards while delivering exceptional service to guests, employees, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager with day‑to‑day night‑shift activities.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring accurate check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with corporate strategies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Prepare nightly reports and handover documentation for the morning shift.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Manager or in Front Office/Guest Relations within a hotel.
- Strong communication and customer‑relation abilities.
- Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high service standards.
