Non-aeronautical Business Development Expert

About the role

The Non-aeronautical Business Development Expert will lead the expansion of commercial activities that do not involve airline operations within Saudi airports. This role focuses on creating new revenue streams, enhancing the passenger experience, and supporting Saudi Vision 2030 through innovative airport services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market studies to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in non‑aeronautical activities.
• Analyze performance of existing retail, food & beverage, and entertainment services and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow non‑aeronautical revenue, including advertising, commercial leasing, and loyalty programmes.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and international business partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements that ensure sustainable returns for both parties.
• Manage development projects from concept through execution, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Track project timelines and financial targets using defined KPIs.
• Measure and evaluate activity performance, preparing regular reports for the Business Development Director.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to achieve project goals.
• Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve services and facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or commercial management, preferably within airport or large‑scale retail environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
