About the role

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with business units to provide strategic financial insight, support budgeting and forecasting, and help drive data‑driven decisions. This role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy for retail and merchandising initiatives while leveraging emerging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep business understanding and create analytical frameworks to deliver financial advice.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly target setting, and high‑frequency tracking of performance against targets.
• Provide timely risk warnings, monitor key initiatives, and give regular feedback to stakeholders.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with business teams and translate strategy into actionable financial insights.
• Establish operational risk management controls, identify contract and compliance risks, and design mitigation plans.
• Stay proactive on AI applications in finance, using AI tools to innovate analysis and support digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.
• Strong analytical mindset, data sensitivity, and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated, diligent, and aligned with a fast‑changing, optimistic culture.
• Fluent English for daily work.
