Parts Procurement Officer – Spare Parts Purchasing

About the role

Alkhorayef Commercial Company is seeking a Parts Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts required for its operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure parts availability while optimizing cost and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of spare parts based on business and operational needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and purchase orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warehouse and other departments to maintain parts availability.
• Monitor stock levels, support replenishment, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Support cost‑optimization initiatives while meeting quality and delivery standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in spare parts.
• Experience with agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles or automotive spare parts is an advantage.
• Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
