People & Culture Manager – Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

As the People & Culture Manager at Gamra Mountain Resort, you will be the champion of the employee experience, embedding the Mantis philosophy into every touch‑point of the staff journey. Reporting to the General Manager, you will build a purpose‑driven, inclusive culture that supports the resort’s remote mountain environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and nurture a culture of respect, curiosity and sustainability across the resort.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, develop talent pipelines and deliver onboarding that connects new hires to the resort’s story.
• Create learning programmes, coach leaders and support continuous development aligned with service excellence.
• Oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, manage employee documentation and workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations with fairness and empathy, and design wellbeing and engagement initiatives for a remote setting.

Required profile

• Saudi national with proven experience in human resources, preferably in hospitality or remote locations.
• Strong partnership skills to work closely with senior leadership and finance.
• Ability to design and implement culture‑building and employee‑experience programmes.
