About the role
The Planning Administrator is responsible for managing system‑related tasks that support order processing and inventory control. This role works closely with market planners, the ERP team, finance & accounting, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate data flow and timely order releases.
Key responsibilities
- Enter orders, updates, and forecasts into the system to maintain accurate information.
- Review supplier reports and invoices, update the system accordingly, and notify market planners of any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the ERP team to validate items and release orders on schedule.
- Compare invoice prices with system prices and work with Finance & Accounting to resolve differences.
- Ensure Shipping & Clearance register items with SFDA and obtain SABER certificates for non‑food items.
- Validate items with the Warehouse and confirm receipt of Advanced Shipment Notifications.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Update processes when changes occur and file local orders to maintain compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
