Pricing Lead

About the role

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a Pricing Lead to drive pricing execution and tactical strategy across its business units. The role will coordinate pricing activities, support governance, and lead a team of analysts to deliver data‑driven pricing recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing execution and pricing governance activities.
• Lead pricing projects and tactical pricing initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Manage analyst priorities, workflows, and deliverables.
• Partner with commercial teams to support pricing decisions.
• Identify pricing opportunities and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and controls.
• Support KPI tracking and pricing performance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of pricing, analytics, or commercial finance experience.
• Experience leading projects or small teams.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic priorities.
• MBA preferred.
