Print & Large-Format Graphic Designer (Exhibition & Venue Branding)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Print & Large-Format Graphic Designer to create production‑ready artwork for exhibitions, venues and live events. The role focuses on translating brand assets into spatial installations and large‑scale printed media while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop large‑format artwork for gates, tents, wayfinding systems, LED screens and full venue branding.
• Adapt brand assets for physical installations and spatial environments.
• Design print collateral such as flyers, brochures, badges, signage and out‑of‑home (OOH) pieces.
• Prepare files to production standards, including bleed, scaling ratios, CMYK conversion and print specifications.
• Liaise directly with booth builders, fabricators and production suppliers to ensure accurate execution.
• Version and adapt assets across multiple exhibitions and live events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in live events, exhibitions, marketing agencies or fast‑paced campaign environments.
• Proven ability to deliver under tight production deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in venue branding and exhibition projects.
• Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Availability for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with possible extension.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of pre‑press workflows and file preparation for large‑scale printing.
• Experience preparing artwork for fabric, vinyl and rigid substrates.
• High attention to technical accuracy and production detail.
