Product Training Manager

About the role

Soueast Automotive is seeking a Product Training Manager to lead product demonstrations, sales support, and training initiatives for its Saudi Arabian market. The role focuses on delivering localized presentations, creating bilingual sales tools, and ensuring training programs align with regional climate, terrain, and cultural nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations, test‑drive experiences, and sales support for distributors and key customers.
• Create bilingual (Arabic/English) sales tools and ensure brand messaging complies with corporate guidelines.
• Track competitor configurations, pricing, and promotions; produce comparison reports and pricing recommendations.
• Define training KPIs, develop localized training materials, and collect product feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee regional training vendors, ensuring delivery quality and performance.
• Consolidate CRM lead data, analyze conversion metrics, and propose actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 3–6+ years of experience in automotive sales, product management, or training roles.
• Proven ability to develop sales tools, conduct competitive analysis, and manage training programs.
