Professional Services Engineer – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

Kaspersky is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to deliver deployment, configuration, health‑check and knowledge‑transfer services to corporate customers in the META region. You will act as a technical bridge between the customer and our internal teams, ensuring successful implementation of Kaspersky security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure complex and simple Kaspersky security solutions within customer environments.
• Perform health checks, optimisations and upgrade projects for existing clients.
• Document all service engagements, including technical notes, time tracking and project status.
• Communicate challenges to senior management and coordinate additional Kaspersky resources when needed.
• Maintain and create technical documentation such as SOWs, project plans, health‑check templates, Visio designs and as‑built diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre‑sales teams to design solutions and deepen customer relationships.
• Escalate and drive resolution of technical support issues, applying system analysis techniques.

Required profile

• Technical engineer with strong customer‑facing experience.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions that impact customer business.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and obtaining Kaspersky certifications.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
