Project Coordinator – Construction & Stakeholder Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to facilitate coordination between project sites, head‑office functions, government authorities and key partners such as King Saud University (KSU) and Riyadh Valley Company (RVC). The role ensures smooth project execution by managing requests, regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project requests with head‑office departments (procurement, engineering, finance, HR, administration) to secure timely support.
• Track urgent material, equipment and subcontractor needs and accelerate processing with the Procurement Department.
• Ensure engineering drawings and technical information are available for site execution.
• Monitor approved payments with Finance to guarantee on‑time disbursement.
• Maintain trackers for pending requests, deliverables and action items across all functions.
• Plan and execute compliance activities with Riyadh authorities, manage permit applications, approvals, inspections and regulatory submissions.
• Organise regular meetings with authorities to prevent delays and keep records of all correspondence.
• Participate in periodic meetings with KSU and RVC, coordinate construction logistics, traffic management and services tie‑ins on campus.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and follow up on numerous requests.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams, authorities and external partners.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and authority permitting processes.
