Project Director

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a high‑profile mixed‑use development in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the client’s representative within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, ensuring the project meets its time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for the project, representing client interests and establishing governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain the overall execution plan, covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communication.
• Chair internal PMC meetings and client progress meetings, driving decisions, action tracking, and closure.
• Lead the integrated master programme across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor contractor and consultant schedules, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee cost control, budget tracking, change evaluation, and value‑engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate design review for all disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, specialist systems) and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management and project delivery.
• Proven track record managing large, mixed‑use developments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia and represent client interests effectively.
