Project Engineer

About the role

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination and delivery of engineering and construction projects in Riyadh. The role involves close interaction with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, coordination and execution activities.
• Monitor progress against schedules and objectives.
• Coordinate communication among clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and follow‑up on action items.
• Manage project documentation, deliverables and communications.
• Participate in project meetings and ensure timely follow‑up on requirements.
• Support project managers in efficient delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management or the construction industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
