Project Manager – Construction, Fit‑Out & Renovation

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction, fit‑out, renovation and industrial projects from award through handover. You will manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client communications to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, scope, BOQ, specifications and drawings; develop execution plans, work programmes and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate site mobilisation, permits, temporary facilities, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Manage daily site activities, supervise engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor productivity, workmanship and material usage; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Review and coordinate architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings, shop drawings, submittals and RFIs.
• Act as main point of contact for consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders; run progress and technical meetings.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and client requirements; manage inspections, non‑conformance reports and snagging.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction, fit‑out, renovation or industrial projects.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule and control project costs.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder management.
• Capability to identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
