Project Manager – Construction Fit‑out (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile fit‑out projects across the Kingdom. You will be responsible for delivering projects from pre‑construction through handover, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of fit‑out projects, from planning to completion.
• Lead on‑site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, monitoring progress against milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage client relationships and conduct regular progress meetings.
• Coordinate with design, commercial, and procurement teams throughout the project.
• Maintain compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during delivery.
• Prepare project reporting and updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in high‑end fit‑out and interior projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast‑track programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and problem‑solving capability.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Middle East experience is highly desirable; candidates willing to relocate to Riyadh are encouraged to apply.
