Project Manager – Natural Stone Facade

About the role

Teef Najd Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead natural stone façade projects across the GCC. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to installation and handover, ensuring safety, quality and contractual compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, fabrication, logistics, installation and handover.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, QA/QC, HSE and on‑site teams.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, budgets and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead stakeholder coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• 12–20 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven experience delivering external façade projects, preferably natural stone (limestone, marble, granite, etc.).
• Mandatory GCC experience; Saudi Arabia experience highly preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
