Project Manager - SME Trading Credit Product

About the role

The SME Trading Credit Product Project Manager will build and launch the SME credit stream from scratch, driving the end‑to‑end delivery of the product in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring the product is launched on time, complies with regulations and scales efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the SME Trading Credit product, from concept through go‑live and subsequent scaling.
• Define and implement the operating model, including processes, workflows, roles and governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams – Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Legal, Sharia and Sales – to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee SME credit application processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage documentation workflows for contracts, promissory notes and supporting credit documents.
• Monitor disbursements, repayments and servicing activities to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary internal point of contact, track progress, resolve blockers and provide executive updates.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics; identify risks and drive process‑improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or a STEM discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as management consulting, tech startups or venture capital.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial and business modelling.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple functions and deliver results.
