Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will lead In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities at our Saudi Arabian manufacturing site, ensuring all production processes meet GMP, SFDA and internal quality standards. This role supports the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical products while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine In‑Process Control (IPC) checks during manufacturing.
• Monitor critical process parameters and quality attributes.
• Verify line clearance, equipment readiness, and proper material usage.
• Conduct IPC sampling, testing, and documentation according to GxP procedures.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR) for completeness and accuracy.
• Report deviations, complaints, and change controls to QA Management.
• Support closure of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Verify calibration and qualification status of IPC equipment.
• Develop and maintain standardized BMR templates and archive completed records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Maximum of 2 years experience as a QA Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Excellent observation skills and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
