Quantity Surveyor – Construction Cost Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team, focusing on construction projects within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will manage project costs, evaluate variations, and ensure financial efficiency throughout all phases of the project.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budget performance during execution.
• Review contractor payments, invoices, and valuation reports.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors on cost‑related matters.
• Prepare progress reports, cost analysis reports, and financial updates.
• Support claims evaluation, variation orders, and final account settlements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in quantity surveying on construction projects.
• Mandatory experience on healthcare projects.
