Recreation Receptionist

About the role

The Recreation Receptionist is the welcoming face of Miraval The Red Sea’s Serenity Center and Body Mindfulness Center. You will guide guests through wellness, fitness, and recreational experiences with professionalism, mindfulness, and a focus on exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide clear information on wellness and recreational offerings, and manage bookings for classes, workshops, and private sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of reception areas, and coordinate with Reservations and Wellness Operations for balanced scheduling.
• Support activity setup, room readiness, and guest logistics in collaboration with instructors and practitioners.
• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately, complete end‑of‑day reports, and assist with inventory checks of wellness and retail items.
• Collect guest feedback, promote spa and retail services, and contribute to revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, emergency protocols, and cultural sensitivity standards.

Required profile

• Experience in guest reception, booking management, and front‑desk operations within a hospitality or wellness setting.
• Ability to handle cash, card and POS payments accurately and professionally.
• Familiarity with health, safety and emergency procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and inviting reception environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to peak periods, special events, and operational needs.
