Recruitment Specialist

About the role

AWJ Media is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to drive the full hiring cycle and deliver a professional candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to build high‑performing teams that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates via job portals, social media, networking and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates.
• Prepare job offers and support onboarding for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce regular hiring reports.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Effective interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
