About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring needs. The role is fully remote and involves managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for various positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview candidates for open roles.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system records.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with hiring managers.
- Handle confidential candidate information with professionalism.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to offer.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable and people‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
