Regional Human Resource and Administration Manager

About the role

The Regional Human Resource and Administration Manager oversees and leads all HR and administrative functions across multiple regions, aligning HR strategy with the company's global objectives and promoting best practices in talent management, compliance and organizational development. The role also supports the growth and scalability of the KSA office through recruitment and employee retention initiatives, and acts as a strategic and operational partner to regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives, advise senior leadership on human capital matters and drive cultural alignment across regions
• Lead recruitment strategies, onboarding, training and development, performance appraisals, probation evaluation and offboarding
• Create employee engagement programs, resolve grievances and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Design and manage global compensation and benefits programs in line with local labor laws and tax regulations
• Enforce global HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards and industry guidelines
• Oversee office administration, manage HR and admin budgets and handle vendors and facilities management
• Implement and oversee HR information systems, use data analytics to monitor HR metrics and automate administrative processes
• Manage payroll and claims/expenses administration, issue tax forms on time, track and pay commissions, and prepare sales agreements correctly

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a global or regional management role
• Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance and best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams
