Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CLEAR is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Riyadh to lead and strengthen its recruitment strategy. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing needs, while keeping a positive candidate experience aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to source and attract high-quality candidates across functions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Work with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring needs and build targeted recruitment plans.
• Use social media, job boards, networking and professional organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the process.
• Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to track hiring metrics and optimize processes.
• Coach and mentor junior recruitment staff.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven success in senior or lead roles.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple departments and levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills, with strategic thinking and professionalism.
