Regulatory Serialized Dispatch (RSD) Administrator

About the role

The RSD Administrator will manage daily Regulatory Serialized Dispatch (RSD) transactions, ensuring accurate serialization and aggregation of pharmaceutical products using DTTS and SAP systems. The role supports compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements and provides documentation for audits.

Key responsibilities

• Verify daily RSD transactions by reviewing SAP and DTTS outputs for accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor serialization and aggregation steps, operating DTTS applications according to predefined workflows.
• Execute SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP transactions related to serialization, aggregation and import events.
• Extract data from SAP and DTTS using predefined reports and update files and trackers in approved formats.
• Prepare presentation slides and reports using provided templates.
• Collect, organize and file documentation required for SFDA inspections and internal audits.
• Support audit preparation by supplying requested documents to responsible teams.
• Follow up with branches, suppliers or internal teams using checklists and escalate unresolved issues according to guidelines.
