Remote Junior Front-End Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Front‑End Developer to join our fast‑paced, healthcare‑focused team. Working remotely, you will collaborate with designers, marketers and senior developers to build high‑quality web experiences for medical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, user‑friendly websites and interfaces for healthcare and medical clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, reusable front‑end code.
• Develop landing pages, websites and digital marketing assets.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and project managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Implement front‑end improvements for SEO, CRO and performance.
• Optimize sites for speed, responsiveness and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Maintain WordPress (or similar CMS) sites, updating content, layouts and templates.
• Identify and fix front‑end bugs and UI inconsistencies across browsers and devices.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of front‑end development experience (internships, freelance work or personal projects accepted).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Positive attitude toward learning, feedback and professional growth.

Required skills

• JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of React or Vue (optional)
• WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Version control with Git
• Design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Understanding of performance optimization and browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS (preferred)
