About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and coordination support. You will work fully remotely, helping the team stay organized, efficient, and focused on core business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and record maintenance across departments.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support ongoing projects with research, organization, and basic project management tasks.
- Use productivity tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms to maintain accurate records and improve workflows.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a virtual or administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable in a fully remote work environment.
