About the role

The Senior Bartender oversees daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of beverage quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This role supports the Bar Manager in leading the team, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train bar staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and beverage costs while minimizing waste.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle customer requests, resolve service issues, and uphold a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a senior or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and service standards.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work flexible shifts.
