Safety and Security Manager – Southern Dunes Red Sea

About the role

The Safety and Security Manager will lead the security operations at Six Senses Southern Dunes Red Sea, ensuring the safety of guests, staff and assets while upholding the brand’s wellness and sustainability values. This role reports to the Director of Security and works closely with all departments to embed a culture of proactive risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor security policies, procedures and emergency response plans in line with Six Senses standards.
• Lead a team of security personnel, providing coaching, performance reviews and ensuring 24/7 coverage.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, reporting findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with local authorities and external partners on security matters and compliance.
• Ensure all security practices align with the resort’s sustainability guidelines, including waste reduction and environmental protection.
• Maintain compliance with LQA standards and continuously improve security services.

Required profile

• Saudi national (as specified).
• Proven experience in security management within hospitality or similar high‑service environments.
• Strong understanding of loss control, crisis management and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work strategically with senior leadership and translate vision into operational actions.
