About the role
Rehal, Saudi Arabia’s first rapid air bridge digital freight platform, is looking for a driven Sales & B2B Manager to lead commercial growth. You will build a portfolio of high‑value B2B clients and work closely with operations and product teams to maximise capacity and exceed revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients across e‑commerce, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and close long‑term cargo contracts that optimise platform utilisation.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to uncover new commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape pricing strategies and commercial models.
- Represent Rehal at industry events and strengthen the brand’s presence in the Saudi logistics market.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation.
- Established network of supply‑chain and procurement decision‑makers in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Based in Riyadh.
