About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the Food & Beverage sector to drive sales initiatives and strengthen its market presence. The role suits a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and budgets to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Train and support sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to find areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
