About the role

The InterContinental Jeddah is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its hotel sales function. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Develop sales strategies, including special promotions and campaigns.
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Handle personnel matters within the sales department, including training.
Conduct regular sales meetings, providing coaching and feedback.
Prepare and monitor the sales department budget and approve expenditures.
Track and analyse sales statistics using quantitative metrics.
Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
Establish sales and revenue quotas and monitor staff performance.
Research market changes and identify emerging opportunities.
Nurture relationships with collaborators and clients.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 month experience in sales.
