Senior Architectural Design Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Design Coordinator to lead and manage architectural design activities for complex, multidisciplinary projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will ensure design quality, coordinate across various engineering disciplines, and align project delivery with client expectations and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural design across all project phases.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior design teams and external consultants.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for quality and compliance.
• Organise design coordination meetings, track action items, and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, timelines, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential design conflicts and propose proactive solutions.
• Support preparation and review of presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, codes, and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, construction processes, and technical detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
